Adventurous Journeys
Maroon Outdoor Education Centre provides opportunities for students to step outside their comfort zone as they complete an Adventurous Journey section of their The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award (the Duke of Ed).
Expeditions facilitated by Maroon OEC can be used to complete either practice or qualifying journey requirements.
Our expeditions will include preparation and planning and provide participants opportunities to experience adventure and discovery whilst developing teamwork and self-confidence.
As part of a small team, participants will plan, train for, practise and undertake an expedition style journey in natural settings in the picturesque Scenic Rim.
