Welcome to Maroon Outdoor Education Centre, where young people step beyond the classroom to discover their strengths, challenge themselves, and grow through purposeful outdoor experiences.
We are privileged to learn, work and live on the land of the Ugarapul and Munanjali people. Their unbroken stories of 60,000 years of country resonate in their people, the land, the animals, the trees, the water, the mountains and the air.
Our work is guided by the values of Care, Opportunity, and Growth. We believe every student deserves a safe and supportive environment where they are cared for, where new opportunities spark curiosity and confidence, and where personal growth is nurtured through real adventure.
The Maroon Outdoor Education Centre program engages students in hands-on, meaningful learning about themselves, others and the environment. Our experienced teachers lead guided reflection on shared experiences, successes and failures to develop knowledge, awareness and capability in Teamwork, Resilience, Leadership and Connection.
These experiences help students build lifelong skills, strengthen their wellbeing, and form lasting learning that shapes their future success.
Thank you for taking the time to explore what Maroon Outdoor Education Centre has to offer. I invite you to discover the incredible learning, adventure, and achievement that await every student who visits our unique and inspiring place.
