Working towards a positive mental state, having purpose and fulfilment, and promoting physical health are key components of wellbeing. So, in working towards promoting wellbeing amongst students, staff and wider communities we are focussing on the key areas of Gratitude, Sustainability and Challenge. These areas are central to the regular work that we do here at MOEC, and now are available in your classroom and home for you to access whenever you want.
Wellbeing is a state in which every individual realises his or her potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.
